For over a decade, in countries around the world, I have cooked for the people we have met. Four course meals for 20 people, seven courses for 10 and even a few 20 courses for 32.

As we travel the world we meet many Americans who long for the food of their youth, and many more people that have never experienced these classic foods from the land of Cheese Whiz.

I put my best leg forward to ensure that those who were tasting these delights for the first time would be impressed, and for those who have a lifetime to benchmark my results, to be even more impressed.

Pull out the linens and tablecloths, this one is a formal sit down dinner. 7 courses, 5 wines and the classic French format: swims, flies, refreshment, grazes, salad, cheese, and dessert.

Note the Stevie's Own Blend Sparkling Rosé. If I can't find what I am looking for, sometimes I blend my own wines!
